China is represented by classic Large Dragons, Dowagers, Red Revenues and Local Posts, while the People’s Republic section includes the Mei Lan-Fang miniature sheets, the 1967 Poems of Mao set and the 1980 Year of the Monkey stamp. 1897 (Jan) 2c on 3c deep red ‘small’ surcharge type 21, block of six (3x2), upper right stamp with natural pinhole (due to an inclusion dropping out) and some perf separation between upper left and centre stamp, however exceptionally fresh and lightly hinged with two stamps being unmounted o.g.
