Description
1927-30 Bradbury Wilkinson printings of the 2d to 10/- Pictorials. Archival blocks of all printings of each value, the format for the 2d to 1/- values being the bottom three rows of the double pane across the interpanneau margin, less the top left pair (i.e. seventeen pairs of each printing), with two imprints; that for the 2/6d, 5/- and 10/- being the lower two rows of the single pane, i.e. six pairs of each printing, with imprint. An extraordinary and unique holding. All without gum, as they were stored in the archive. The 1/- Issue 2 block is split at the interpanneau margin, with the left half being the lower two rows only. 2d (5 blocks), 3d (5), 4d (4), 1/- (6), 2/6d (4), 5/- (5) and 10/- (4). SG 34-39b
