1948-55 the Gordon Peters collection (360 plus 40 covers) on leaves, offered intact. Silver Wedding used and Plate blocks mint, UPU with Plate blocks (additional numbers for 15c and 25c), then a wonderful rendition of the 1949 definitives with upper left and lower right Plate blocks, mounted on the selvedge or on one or two of the top stamps. The lower right Plate blocks lack the 8c green, 12c and 30c.
