Revenues. Two items from John Dickinson sample books sunk-mounted in thick grey card; 1902 Court Fee K&M Type 20 1a imperforate block of four in reddish purple on pink paper, numbered DL 312, and 1906 2a Revenue Stamped Paper Type 60 2a in brown, DL 306. Also (this ex Perkins Bacon sample book) a block of nine 1a SG Type 9 mounted in card. Some card stains, the latter with ink stain at top, well clear of stamps
