1944 Active Service cover from a member of the British Caribbean Regiment which travelled to Egypt in October 1944, addressed to the commanding officer of the 5th Barbados Coast Battery in Barbados. Egypt cds (21 NO 1944) along with military censor marks, central vertical fold. Apparently sent unsealed as it received an "Officially Sealed, Received Open" handstamp on reverse
