1850s-1960s mint and used collection with French Colonies and Monaco, housed in four albums and loose, including various early Empire and Republic (imperf and perf) issues, 1900-50s range with commemoratives, Colonies with Algeria, Gabon, French Somali coast, Madagascar, Indo-China, Reunion, etc.  Monaco with 1860 20 Napoleon III Empire bearing '4222' postmark, (2), 20c with '4220' for Menton and later cover tied with '2387' cancel, and issued range with commemoratives, generally fair to fine condition.
