1849-1990s mint and used collection mounted in 22-ring albums and three Ballon Monte covers. We note 1849 Ceres Republic types to 1f carmine, Napoleon III Empire types to 80c, 1870 Ceres to 80c (some with noted expertising marks), range of post 1900 issues with 1937 International Philatelic Exhibition miniature sheet used, and sampling of post 1940s issues to 1990s, lot also included three Ballon Monte covers from the Siege of Paris, one stampless cover, and two entires both franked by Napoleon III Empire 20c one with red official cds, mixed condition with fine, an interesting lot.
