1945 KGVI 9p Service, postal stationery card to Otaru, Nippon, with King's head obliterated by Cross in boxed frame, cancelled by Mergu cds for 26 FEB 5 (Should read 45 one must assume '4' date slug was unavailable), whilst the right hand postmark makes it appear as though a stamp has been removed, the surface of the card bears no sign of removal, some wear and creasing to corners, still an interesting and late usage for this KGV card.
