1920-40s ex Perkins Bacon, proofs, essays and presentation/sample folders including imperf stamps mounted in sunk mounted frames (originally part of printer's sample books) mostly South America postage and revenue stamps, proof sheets (with Panama Liquor tax band/fiscal labels) Costa Rica 1949 UPU 75th Anniversary hand-painted essay in black sunk mounted folder (creased),issued stamp (printed by Perkins Bacon) stuck in lined ledger book, lot also includes an array of Japan on loose pages, very mixed condition with some scorching evidence, still a most interesting lot.
