1946 Victory mint blocks with replacement stamps officially 'patched in'.  2d central stamp in a block of nine; 6d three blocks, one left marginal with the central stamp patched in, one right marginal with 'no. 55' patched in, and one top marginal with a pair ('nos. 5 & 13') patched in and 8d block with R1/11 patched in.  The 6d block with the double patch is the first time we can recall seeing any instance greater than a single stamp.  SG 216-8
