1927 Postage due. Very fine large overweight cover bearing a pair of 1½d red-brown cancelled by Plymouth/Devon cds's for NO.16.1927 with a "More to Pay/Above 12 oz/620" instructional handstamp at right and a "3d/620" due handstamp at left. The correct postage should have been 4½d so twice the deficiency was charged with a 3d Violet postage due cancelled by a London cds for the following day
