Postal Stationery.  1938 letter card used to Funchal in 1943, commercial, underpaid with three 60r Portuguese Postage Dues (one in half, from when the card was opened by being torn along the perforations), slight toning affecting these.  Part censor label on picture side; scarce commercial use.  H&G 2
