One sheet with DIRECTOR OF POSTAL SERVICES/ MASERU handstamp on reverse, with notes, signed 'Approved'. Also unissued 1.50m Louis Braille, artist's original coloured design for 1981 International Disabled Year, with annotations and plastic overlay, slight staining at left well clear of design from sellotape
