1824 (10 Jan) entire letter from Clarendon to Scotland endorsed "pr Queensbury Packet" at lower left and rated "4/10", with fine "COMMERCIAL ROOMS/KINGSTON JAMAICA" straight line hs (Foster type CR4) and backstamped across the join with very fine green 'JAMAICA/FE 13/1824/F' Falmouth 'Late Fee' packet letter ds (Foster type TL1). Choice quality and an extremely rare combination of markings with only one other known to us (cf Swarbrick 29/09/95, lot 102, realised £1650)
