1922-23 predominantly used accumulation of low values of Dollard and Thom opts organised by type in packets, amassed by Arthur Stokes, who is regarded as a pioneer into the research of the opt issues and their varieties; many of the stamps offered were used in the development of the Hibernian catalogue, mixed condition, still a most interesting lot, ideal for study and reference, with immense catalogue value. Accompanying this lot are photocopies of relevant literature (including Stokes work) to assist the buyer in research. (hundreds)
