1900-1945 predominately mint (with vast majority unmounted) collection neatly housed and organised in three printed albums, stockbook and folder, with concentration on Third Reich and Second World War German Occupation issues including varieties, proofs, local issues, combination pairs etc... we note: 1900 unaccepted essays set of 3 for Germania issue, 1943 'Horses' proofs, vast array of Hitler issues some with noted varieties with imperf betweens and strips, 1943 Flemish Legion unissued set of 5 (2, one perf, one imperf.), 1940 'Portuguese Legion' miniature sheet unmounted, 1943 Theresienstadt selection; also Serbia, Croatia, and Montenegro and assorted postcards, lot also includes album of 1920s-30s USA, very fine condition. A truly delightful lot, a product of years of meticulous dedication by the original collector, viewing essential to fully appreciate this collection.
