Thirtieth Balloon of the Siege: 1870 envelope to Beziers, South of France franked by Ceres 20c Republic well tied by 904 numeral with Paris Charonne cds for 16 Nov, with reply card with Napoleon III 5c adhesive applied, carried on the Balloon 'General Uhrich' which departed Paris on 18 Nov, backstamped with Beziers arrival mark for 23 Nov; cover a little fragile (due to the use of such a thin paper), still a fine and scarce pairing.
