1940 (Oct.) (?) 12/6d grey and pale brownish orange Plate block of four, unmounted o.g. with the usual streaky gum. A rather puzzling block because although the Plate plug state points to Oct. 40, the shade is highly untypical of that printing; thus the printing allocation is tentative. Interesting. SG 120b, £440
