Each with a printing date pencilled on the top selvedge; no original printings. 1ct (4), 2ct (9), 3ct (6), 4ct (6 Waterlow, 2 DLR), 5ct (4), 6ct (6, 2), 8ct (4, 2), 12ct (4, 1), 24ct (8), 36ct (4), 48ct (3, 2), 72ct (0, 2), $1 (6), $2 (2, 2) and $5 (0,1).
