1913 10s Indigo-blue. Very fine unused o.g. example printed by Waterlow distributed through the UPU as "SPECIMEN" stamps, overprinted "SPECIMEN" type 26 additionally struck with a blue "MUESTRA" (Sample) handstamp in block capitals by the Spanish Colonial Receiving Authority. Scarce and unusual, the first example we have handled in well over a decade. Spec. N69(1)t/var. SG402var.
