Heligoland to Kuwait mint and used collection arranged in Hagner binder we note; Heligoland postal stationary post card, India 1854 ½a blue (3), sampling of Indian states, Pakistan 1947 set to 25r, KUT 1903-04 part set to 3r and part 'SPECIMEN' set to 20r grey and stone, Kuwait 1923-24 set to 10r green and scarlet, with selection of officials, generally fair to fine condition.
