Postal History.  1808 entire letter frsom Demarara to Forres in Scotland, with London double-ring transit of Feb 20 1809, also faint oval SHIP/ LETTER/ LIVERPOOL (Type E), centrally folded and slightly soiled.  Rated 3/-, crossed out and re-rated and 2/1 inserted (single letter rate 4d, Master 2d, inland rate 1/-, leaving 7d unaccounted for)
