POSTAL HISTORY: 1903 hand-illustrated re-addressed envelope depicting a man fishing and inscribed 'The one I missed' franked with KEVII 1d tied by Swansea double-ring ds for 'MY 11 03', 'LISMORE R.S.O./PM/7 30/MY 12/03/CO WATERFORD' alongside, the reverse with transit and arrival cds.
