Very fine FPO 3 strike, and signed by Rivers at lower left, Three Anchor Bay transit also on front; Umtali arrival on reverse and sealed with a 'captured' blue KAISERLICHES BEZIRKSAMT/ BISMARCKBURG seal.  A little staining in places
