1939-48 Arms high values on stocksheets, study collection (133) of plate flaws and 'T' guides. Mostly used with many commercially used, but an extremely interesting accumulation, all annotated. We note 2/6d green with 'T' guides in hair (3), and seven used examples with R1/7 re-entry; 5/- a comprehensive range with the rare R1/1 'T' guide on jawline used and in an o.g. vertical pair with the stamps unmounted, a used example with R1/2 two 'T' guides on neck, R4/2 major re-entry eight examples; 10/- dark blue very lightly hinged o.g. with R2/5 blot on scroll, also seven used, and thirteen duplicated examples of other flaws listed in the specialised catalogue. Obviously condition is mixed, but there are some choice items to be found here. Offered with some pages of Gerry Bater's study, with some corrections in Gerry's hand. SG 476-8 vars
