1885  2c on 8c carmine (wmk CA, reversed), type 7 surcharge, block of 10 (5x2) being a complete sheet without margins, showing pantograph variety 'No dot at lower left' on R2/5, large part o.g. to o.g. Odd insignificant blemishes (slight separation between second and third stamps at top), still very fine appearance with lovely fresh colour. A Rare multiple. SG 23,23a cat £2475+  Ex 'Midas' (CRL 17/12/1991, lot 257), Burnett (CRL Oct 1984, lot 511) and Danson. (cat £2475+)
