BARRED NUMERALS: Four items addressed to members of the Gilmer family comprising 1886 envelope (opened out) registered addressed locally bearing 1878 surcharged 'SIX CENTS' on 2d, horizontal pair, neatly tied by 'B32' oval numeral obliterator; 1891 envelope registered bearing 8c, 16c, 1887 mourning envelope bearing 16c and circular yellow label bearing 8c (defective), all cancelled by '16' (Rose Hill) oval numeral obliterators. Condition a little mixed. An interesting lot. (4)
