1943 censored Straits Settlements size G registered envelope with a red Japanese overprint, from KUALA LUMPUR to Penang, cancelled 30 August alongside 'Kuala Lumpur' registration label, the reverse with 4c. carmine rose vertical pair (SG J300) tied by light Japanese cancel; the envelope has been officially opened, resealed with tape by the Japanese censor and cancelled by 'Japanese "セランゴール" (Selangor)' double concentric rings cds, fine a scarce registered cover.
