1938 (Nov.) 10/- bluish green and deep red on green paper, a fine example tied to piece by full ROSEAU CDS of 9 DE 39, and part of another.  GPO registered label.  The stamp has FF #22, damage to the right frame, an underrated and rather scarce flaw, particularly scarce when used from Dominica.  SG 113
