1917 Registered cover addressed to Durban Natal, bearing thirty-two "Half Penny" on 1d. rose-carmine surcharge (block of 20, block of 10 and a pair) showing letters spaced 'n n' & 'n y' varieties. Tied by fine strikes from 'LIVINSTONE N.W.RHODESIA' cds dated 5 OCT. 1917. Reverse bearing 'REG BULAWAYO S.RHODESIA' transit mark dated 7. OCT 1917. Minor peripheral wear and ageing as to be expected, nevertheless a spectacular multiple. SG 280,b,c.
