1913 envelope registered bearing values to 6d. black and mauve (mixed printings) each tied by 'GOLDEN VALLEY S.RHODESIA cds dated 2-SEP 13 (second day of issue), addressed to Scotland. Then forwarded and readdressed to 'Special Examiner South Africa railways, East London. Then readdressed once again to '128 Goold Adams St Bloemfontein'. Reverse bearing numerous transit and arrival marks. Opening flap missing and crease to top right corner affecting ½d adhesive. Nevertheless a most charming and scarce item.
