WWII: collection of postal history arranged in an album with good range of different censored makings including 1940 (2.8) boxed 'Fron H. M. SHIP/PASSED/BY CENSOR/......../Signature Date' to Sussex, 1941 (6.5) unboxed 'PASSED CENSOR' (Andrew type I) to Devon, 1941 (5.12) fancy boxed 'PASSED by CENSOR/BATHURST.' to London (Andrew type II), 1944 (15.1) octagonal 'crown/PASSED/NN/3' (Andrews type IVA) registerd to U.S.A., also 1940 (23.2) R.W.A.F.F. to Newark-on-Trent, 1943 (26.5) boxed 'LE COMMERCE/AFRICAIN'Bathurst (R. Gambia)' to Brazzaville. Condition a little varied with many fine. A very interesting lot. (7 stamps and 42 covers/cards)
