1811 (21.6) Paris, addressed locally printed document with hand written letter in French from Camillo Ugoni pleading Emperor Napoleon, in which Ugoni asks Napleon's permission to dedicate his translation of Julius Caesar's 'Commentarius' from latin to Italian to "His Majesty" Napoleon.
The letter is annotated 'Accordé' (allowed), dated "4 July 1811" and signed by Napoleon. A rare and most fascinating document in very fine condition
