1840-1948 an old-time mainly used collection arranged in two albums, contained in a carton, including 1840 1d 2 (one on an entire and one with inverted watermark-torn), 1841 1d with pairs, blocks and strips up to six, numbers in cross some in pairs, town and coloured cancels, 2d with pairs, blocks and strips up to five, 'SC' with blue numeral, good range of earlier perforated issues with some unused/mint and used multiples, 1864-79 penny plates complete to Plate 225, 1870 ½d complete, 1847-54 Embossed 6d. (2, one unused - not guaranteed), 10d, 1s, good range of Surface-printed issues with 1867-83 £5 orange, 1884 Cowns £1 brown-lilac, 1891 £1 green, KEVII values to £1 (both printings), 1913-19 'Seahorses' to 10s (3), 1929 PUC £1, 1939-48 10s dark blue u/m, also few Great Britain used Abroad.
