Postal Stationery.  1908 '3 3' on '4d 4d' registered envelope used to Wanganui, Government Frank  Proud OPD 1 in lieu of stamp, Nukualofa CDS of 20 SP and oval R6.  On reverse, part wax red seal and NZ arrival marks.  Overall rather grubby and with some minor faults, but undoubtedly very scarce.  H&G 13
