1940-58 £10 on £10 deep blue and £2 bright violet, matching right marginal examples, tied to small piece by individual strikes of 'CHRISTCHURCH C.I./AIRMAIL' cds, dated '28 MY 56'. The £2 with minor creasing, still fine appearance. The £10 very scarce postally used. (SG F216b, 206)
