Selangor.  1944 use of 15ct blue registered postal stationery envelope, size G, red Kanji overprint, 8ct War Memorial added with Kampar Type JD4 CDSs.  Some damage to envelope at right with a small piece of the backflap missing, also a couple of wormholes.  Tan RE16 (but overprint in red)
