1919 (4 March) die proof of the 10c frame (introduced in 1907) in black on glazed card (92x60mm), stamped 'BEFORE/STRIKING' at lower left and dated in M/S at lower right. A rare late proof for the 1912-21 issue, probably struck in connexion with repairs to the plate.
