Description
1851 to 1902 used collection displayed on album leaves with many earlies, including 1850 1d carmine (four margins, SG 2 cat £600), 1850 re-engraved plate 1d dull carmine shade (SG 8 cat £450), 2d greyish blue (intermediate impressions) and later impressions, 1851-52 imperforate types mostly on blued paper, and 1852 6d Vandyke-brown (SG 73 £275), 1854 watermark double lines issue, 1854-59 values to 8d dull yellow-orange and 1s rosy vermilion (SG 99 cat £100), 1856 For Registered Letters (6d) vermilion and Prussian blue (£180), 1860-72 and 1871-1902 assorted types, 1890 5s Map of Australia and 20s cobalt blue, 1897 Diamond Jubilee 1d (1s) green and brown, and later issues, mixed condition, viewing advised, still many useful stamps.
