Mostly mint with 12 blocks of four and 4 blocks of nine, and numerous singles. &nbsp;Most of the blocks of four are unmounted with a number of plate blocks. &nbsp;Noteworthy are the seventeen used examples of the line perf stamp, various dates and flaws; the 1943 printing in an unmounted block of four and two unmounted singles. &nbsp;Many flaws written up. &nbsp;The blocks of nine are all fine with the great majority of stamps unmounted.
