1900 stampless cover endorsed ‘Velddienst’ addressed to Aliwal North bearing Heidelberg cds for MR 07, backstamped by Pretoria transit cds and Bloefontein arrival for MR 10. &nbsp;Bloemfontein was occupied by the S.A.F.F. three days later on the 13th March and Aliwal North was occupied on the 12th March. This cover would have been delayed as the postal route was interrupted and received (if at all) at a much later date. Interesting and scarce cover.&nbsp;
