1898 registered cover to Switzerland franked by 4c rose (x3), 28c slate, and pair of 5c dull purple on reverse, (making up postage rate of 30c, registration fee 10c and Avis de Reception fee of 10c) tied by Colombo registered cds for OC 18, with boxed ‘AR’ h/s, backstamped by Napoli transit and Swiss arrival mark, minor corner bends, still an attractive item, with the 4c rose uncommon on cover.
