India Telegraphs used in Ceylon values to 50r with used singles and pairs, 1880 ‘’CEYLON.'' opts on India values to 50r rose-carmine, 1r grey with m/s ‘Pearl Fishery’ cancellation in red, 1881-82 issue to 50r with 50r brown-rose mint (SG T21 £1600) 1882 25c lilac ‘GRAPH’ opt on Stamp Duty Fiscal for provisional use, only 540 issued (SG T22 £1000)&nbsp;and similar example of the 1882 25c lilac ‘GRAPH’ opt cancelled by part strikes from Colombo d/s,&nbsp; (SG T22, this example is illustrated in Part I (Page 200) unused wholes to 1r red-brown both type 6 & 7, plethora of 1882-94 surcharged provisional issues and locally-printed issues as per Part I listing, with mint wholes, used halves and locally-printed issue imperforate proofs, &nbsp;some duplication throughout, generally fair to fine condition, fruitful viewing.&nbsp;
