TELEGRAPHS: 1892 local issue 80c olive, with date expressed "1/5/92" (like the original 1/4/92 issue) and large control figures, upper marginal imperforate block of six from R1-2/4-6 of the one 10x5 sheet that was printed, showing control numbers 00004-6 and 00014-16. Vertical crease through left pair (causing small split at foot) and other slight imperfections, nevertheless a fascinating, spectacular and very rare multiple. Prepared for use, but no issue was made with this date, with the use of the large control figures (found only on the first batch of the regular "1/4/92" issue) suggesting that it may actually have been printed before normal production began.
