TELEGRAPH: 1882-94 20c on 25c green surcharge type T23 (issue of 9th July 1886) with surcharge dramatically misplaced, with only ‘’s 20 cents'' diagonally at foot and surcharge indented for upper half ENTIRELY OMITTED (!), part o.g. slight gum faults (with thin spot and creasing) still fine, a great rarity, one of only a few surviving examples surviving with the spectacular error.
