Collection in two albums of early embossed issues arranged by value, the first GB issues of various types including a few documents with early issues including from the Reigns of William & Mary (!) with many cypher seals, the second a smaller album packed full of IRELAND issues including multiple frankings, some direct embossed from old documents and high values, the album at one point owned (and likely priced up) by eminent fiscal philatelist Walter Morley. An interesting lot with much potential for the specialist.&nbsp;
