<p>1893-1900 mint and used collection on pages, including: 1893 new colour basic mint and used set with ‘SPECIMEN’ set, 3c,12c & 15c all lower marginal showing plate number ‘2’, 1896 surcharges set, with ‘SPECIMENs', 36 cents on 45c brown & carmine, lower marginal interpanneau pair, with right stamp variety SURCHARGE DOUBLE (SG 27a cat £1600), other minor surcharge varieties, misplaced, short letters etc… 1897-1900 colour changed set to 2r25, basic mint and used set with ‘SPECIMEN’, generally fair to fine condition.
