<p>1840-79 Line-engraved collection neatly displayed and arranged in a Simplex de luxe album including 1840 1d (one unused, seven used with a pair, two matched pairs with 18411d red and two on cover), 2d (7, with two singles, strip of three and a pair on entire to Glasgow), 1841 1d, plate 1b on entire (BPA Certificate-1968), later plates with various strips up to five. block of four on entire, 2d (40, with selected multiples), range of perforated 1d, 2d and 1864-79 1d red, plates 71 to 22 (excluding 77), 1870-79 ½d, plates 1 to 20, 1870-74 1½d (OP/PC) error and, plate 3, block of six overprinted ‘SPECIMEN’.
