POSTAL HISTORY: 1916 4d Registered postal stationery envelope addressed to the Consular-General der Nedelanden at Pretoria with m/s annotation reading K. Th. Baur Camp II CI, P.m. Burg, 6/7/16 Natal. Very rare use of this stationery from Prisoner of War camp at Pietermaritzburg in Natal showing absolutely no postal markings whatsoever, highly unusual.
