Rae Esq./Kilometre 370/Chemin de fer du Congo/Kinshassa/Congo Belge", annotated "Via Lourenzo Marques" franked with 1910 15c postmarked Quatre Bornes (4.9), front panel with "PASSED/21/6/CENSOR" h/s in blue, the reverse with Elisabethville (20.9), Bukama (26.9), Kongolo (15.10) transit and Stanleyville (24.10) arrival cds. A very interesting envelope to a most unusual address and destination. Superb.
